![]() ![]() ![]() Depending on the version, Ozone can be used as a single plug-in (containing all the modules) or as a set of individual plug-ins. After running the automatic detection on both Ozone 9 and 10, I was pretty surprised at how much better the new version sounded. This time I made an exception and left the previous version of Ozone in place to compare it with the new one. It is the only one that has automatic detection and to my ear, it sounds just perfect. Ozone proves to be a winner in its own class. With any new release of a mastering package, I normally go through my standard procedure: I open some of my old projects and recreate my “testing mastering tools” chain implemented with mastering plugins from different companies. ![]()
